Just arrived with us here at RFH Classics we have this stunning example of a 1972 (L) MGB Roadster finished in Teal Blue with contrasting Dark Navy Vinyl trim. What a beautiful car this is that benefits from several very desirable upgrades such as MGOC Mechanical Power Steering, Diamond cut Minilite Alloys wheels with new matching tyres, H4 headlight upgrade, new front grille, new oil cooler and updated Black Leather steering wheel. The car has been the subject of an extensive restoration and clearly been very well cared for since then. The Teal Blue paintwork is in fabulous condition with a lovely deep shine. We have a Heritage certificate confirming the car originally left the factory in Teal Blue but thankfully the Autumn Leaf interior has been replaced with a much more appropriate Dark Navy Blue with matching carpets. When you sit in the car it is immediately apparent that the whole of the cabin is in excellent order with a very tidy dashboard and trim kit. The Black vinyl hood is in great order and there is a half Tonneau cover for when the roof is folded away. A nice touch is that when the interior was refurbished they took the time to carpet the boot in matching trim which really helps to finish off the car., Under the bonnet sits the petrol 4 cylinder engine which fires straight into life at the turn of the key with excellent hot & cold oil pressure. A great addition to the car is that it now benefits from the aftermarket MGOC Mechanical Power Steering conversion giving the driver an effortless turn of the wheel. With the kit alone costing nearly 2k without fitting it is a great option to have without the expense of doing it yourself. The whole engine bay presents very well with the engine power being delivered through the 4 speed manual gearbox with Overdrive for 3rd and 4th gears. Invoices in the history folder confirm that the engine has been recently serviced and benefitted from a new radiator with the clutch and slave cylinder being replaced within the
