For sale is now my Jensen 541 de Luxe - 1956. The vehicle has been upgraded to de Luxe specifikations, with disc brakes all way round etc. The car has been used regularly, and is in perfect mechanical condition. Runs and drives very smooth. Fitted with an electrical overdrive. Chrome, glass and interior is in very good condition. Paintwork is nice and useable, but a new paintjob would definitively be rewarded with value and joy. This is truly a very honest and reliable vehicle. The car is registered in Denmark, luxury tax paid. The are more pictures at this link: Please get in contact for more information. Thank you for looking :-)

This Jensen is one of the last made, having the wooden dash and center consul, with the all leather dashtop and rear facing center clocks. This totally UN-RESTORED model very rarely becomes available for sale because of its rarity. The model was only made between september 1975 until the company went into liquidation in May 1976. It is also a very low mileage example, having covered only 36,981 MILES FROM NEW, and has had only ONE PREVIOUS OWNER. It is finished in excellent BRIENZE BLUE paintwork, with black leather trim also in excellent condition. The car has never had or needed any body or mechanical repairs at all. It feels and drives nice and tight as would a new car. All of the electrics work as you would expect, WINDOWS, AIR CONDITIONING, ETC. Because of its low mileage, the car has stood in its dehumidified garage for long periods, so i have renewed the entire braking system. (DISCS, PADS, CALIPERS, SERVO, MASTER CYLINDER AND PIPES) On its last service along with the PLUGS the LEADS and the DISTRIBUTOR CAP, were also replaced. The CARBURETOR was overhauled by a Jensen specialist last year. A car can be restored several times during its lifetime but it can only be ORIGINAL ONCE. If you want the BEST UN-RESTORED JENSEN INTERCEPTOR 3, then this car must be viewed. These Jensens are at long last beginning to increase in value, infact currently it is making more money just sitting in the garage than the money would be in the Bank. I have owned the car since 2002, since when it has always been kept in a dehumidified garage. I also have the MOTs dating back to 1987. I have the ORIGINAL LOGBBOOK, for this car along with the BUILD SHEET. I have a very genuine reason for offering my cars for sale. The car is currently based in Spain 1 hour from Alicante airport but i would be only too pleased to collect you and return you to the airport with no obligation to buy. The vehicle can be delivered to you in the UK at no extra costs to you.If you would prefer to collect the car yourself I will give you £500 towards the costs of transportation. If you wish to know more, then please email me or preferably phone on 0034 961 911 229 The current mileage is 36,981 the chasis no. is 1876 Engine no. SC00375

You are looking at a 1974 convertible which has been imported from the US. The chassis is very solid and has not been welded upon; paintwork needs some attention as does the leather interior. It is very compleet; roof functions as it should, cold A/C, nice chromed parts here and there. A very well drive-able car but overall in need of some attention. Tax paid & imported into The Netherlands with APK (MOT) Very reasonable price for this rare beauty which is appreciating steadily. Sound investment. Sorry, I will not accept personal checks or likewise. A bank transfer is preferred.

1970 Jensen Interceptor II 6.3l Auto Finished in yellow with black leather interior 55,000 miles from new Only one recorded lady owner form new Supplied new by Jensen main agent Newbury Motors Ltd of Halesowen on 22 October 1970. Incredibly this stunning motor car has had only one registered owner since, a local lady who along with her husband completely and utterly cosseted and cherished her. Since arriving with us we have commissioned a full strip-down and bare metal repaint at our trusted prize winning body-shop due to age related marks and imperfections. When stripped back the body was found to be in remarkable order, just as we expected. We also had some brightwork refinished, again not due to damage but minor age related fading, which we wanted perfected. Needles to say the re-fit included many new parts and new seals were used throughout. The results to this lengthy but sympathetic restoration are simply stunning. We have also given it a thorough mechanical check-over & service and can confirm she drives superbly. This beautiful example comes complete with original service book, owners handbook, factory build sheets, original toolkit and a file of old MOT's and invoices. This car offers a unique opportunity and is a very special example indeed of the rare Interceptor 2.

DOROTHEUM Classic Car auction at Classic Expo Salzburg Saturday, October 21, 4 PM Salzburg exhibition center, hall 9 Online catalogue: https://www.dorotheum.com/en/auctions/current-auctions/kataloge/list-lots/auktion/12763-classic-cars.html Lot 430 1959 Jensen 541 R Fast, rare, extraordinary "A Jensen is built for people who love driving and who are proud of their car. And they are also made by people who are more than happy to create a car with a personality”. This was what was written in the sales brochures, but considering bare facts alone, the Jensen was also an extraordinary vehicle for its time. A body constructed from the innovative material GRP, disc brakes all around, with the 541 R reaching a top speed of over 200 kph, and all with a new price higher than that for a Mercedes 300 SL! The 541 was built from 1954 to 1963 in a production run of 546 units, while the 541 R was produced only 193 times with only 43 copies featuring the more powerful DS7 engine. The registrar of the Jensen Owners Club confirmed the delivery of this Jensen on 18 August 1959 as the 51st car of the 541 R production run. It was green on the inside and outside, while the roof was grey. The later history can then be traced back to the beginning of the 80s. Letters from this period document the lively conversation between the then owner in South Africa with the Jensen Owners Club regarding restoration issues. The scope of the restoration that followed was all-encompassing and the work carried out can still be considered as convincing today. Once this super strong machine is brought to life simply with the push of a button, any doubts about its performance characteristics suddenly evaporate. The 4-litre engine in conjunction with its overdrive transmission allows fast travel at relaxed, low rpms. In 2013, the current owner brought the Jensen from South Africa to Germany. His upcoming downsizing of his collection now demanded that he sell his Jensen, which is ready to drive right now thanks to a recently conducted vehicle inspection! VIN: 541R3514319 Mileage: 00,380 mls (read) Displacement: 3,993 cc / R4 Gearbox: 4-speed + overdrive Colour: Green / green (leather) Power: 150 HP Documents: German historical approval
